How to get started and how we support you in the process.
Registration
Register your account with us today and provide the details of your loved one that you would like to receive your messages/gifts. Your loved one will receive an invitation email where they will consent and set up their connected account. Once both parties have registered, you will be able to select and pay for your chosen package.
Creating the Legacy
Based on your chosen package, you will begin to craft your legacy through writing letters, filming videos, selecting gifts, etc. These can be edited at any time within your account. Our user-friendly system will support you in this process and ensure a smooth experience.
Release Process
Following your passing, which your loved one will confirm, we will begin the release process. Your loved one will receive the letter gifts on the chosen dates. Prior to this, they will receive regular reminders that allow them to withdraw or delay receiving the items if they choose.
